I went here a couple weeks ago because my insurance had recently gone up and I wanted to see if I could get a lower rate. I am writing this to compliment Alex for being an HONEST broker. He looked up rates and found that nothing would be cheaper for the coverage I have. He was friendly and professional. I will be back when my lease ends and I buy my car to get a better rate. Thank you Alex!Someone who really put in the effort of there business. When he got here he took a look said no problem I can clean it back to perfect we just need to dry the existing water. He brought in a giant fan and lifted the carpet to dry completely . He left the fan with us for two days!!! This was a Tuesday and he scheduled with me to come back Thursday . Plenty of dry time plus perfect time For our work schedules. He came back Thursday around 3 pm. He helped us move all Of the furniture around to clean the entire room and not just the mess of the flood. And did I mention that he quoted us our price on Tuesday and it never changed even when he had a few additional entry's to other rooms to do for free! He also used special treatment to prevent mold and Mildew and his equipment is very nice . He was done by 4:15 pm. He is clean professional guy with the nicest personality. I will definitely use Nick again in the future and reccomend him to anyone who will listen!!
